About the Client
Radhe Chatpata House is a popular Indian street-food restaurant known for its bold flavours and loyal customer base. With steady foot traffic and multiple delivery platforms, they had the growth but not the clarity.

The Challenge
Over time, their menu had become crowded. Some dishes sold well but delivered low margins. Others sat on the board untouched. Inventory waste was creeping up, prep times were inconsistent, and decisions were mostly based on instinct. They knew the answers were hidden somewhere in the data, but they didn’t have a clear way to see it.

Our Approach

We introduced a lightweight data analysis platform connected directly to their POS and delivery systems. Using tools like Google Data Studio and Python-based data cleaning scripts, we built a simple dashboard that visualised key metrics such as:
  • Item-level sales and profit contribution
  • Peak hours by category
  • Ingredient cost ratios
  • Customer order patterns over time
We combined this with ABC analysis and menu engineering techniques to classify dishes into high performers, low performers, and hidden gems.

Objectives

Once the data was visualised, the insights were clear. We worked with the Radhe team to simplify the
menu, remove low-performing items, adjust pricing for better margins, and create combo meals
around their top sellers.
